Chapter 1

Agaeobab's apprenticeship under Arkat has gone well.
He is beginning to believe himself a connaisseur of ales, a true AleMaster.
Agaeobab dreams of someday brewing his own ale and having his own brewery.
However he pushes these dreams back when matters of the Brigade press.
This usually does not stop him from having a quick swig of his sacred ale before heading into battle.

Role

Chapter 2

The development of his sense of honor, and harnessing of rage.
Agaeobab has seen hard times, times when his friends about him fell and
he could do nothing to help them, or times when he himself fell, letting
down his friends in his own mind. He sense of honor in the past
has been focused on waging his own war with the darkness, and doing so
alone as much as he could. As he grows bonds, and faces numerous, or more powerful
foes, he is more at ease with allowing others to join the war, if they
do so with a willing heart. In matters regarding the orb, or the protection
of the Maran Tar'abal or the Watcher, he will stop at nearly nothing to protect them.
However, though he does not take pleasure in it, he prefers honorable combat with t
the vile taint, as he believes his defeat of the taint alone is a stronger
sign of the potential of the Blade of the light, and its wrath for those
whose hearts dwell in the deepest recesses of morality.

Chapter 3

Agaeobab has gone through hard times of late. His prayers have gone
unanswered, and he fears for the safety of his Lord. He often has dreams of Drow Lords
torchering his Lord, and he awakes in a sweat, clutching his axe tightly.
However, he sees this time in his life as a test. One that will pit him against
the great dwarven leaders of the past. He can either despair, and let down
the friends he has made and give in to his enemies...or he can perservere
, drawing upon ths strength of his kin, and the memory of the precious moments with
his Divine Lord. He senses that no matter what has happened that would have his Lord ignore
him, he is sure it is with good cause, and that his spirit will touch him in
some other way. Because of this, he spends time with Arkat, his favourite brewer.
This is because he feels he is closest with the spirits above when he has one..or a few
ales within him. He hopes then he can draw upon the strength he fights to maintain
to continue the war he savagely wages.

Chapter 4

He has spent some time in the Fortress, and despite his sometimes direct and
less than polite ways, he has made friends. Some even of elven heritage, which as a
young dwarf he thought was nearly an impossibility. In particular, the Cardinal Urjun
holds a close place in his heart, and he hopes one day to fight alongside her.
This is perhaps because she has shown faith in Agaeobab, and he wants to be
what the Cardinal believes he has the potential to become.

Chapter 5

Agaeobab, travellin' far from his hometown of Akan found his way to the shrine
of the Lord Vynmylak. He kneeled before the altar that seethed with rage and prayed
for the Lord to bless him with his divine guidance. Agaeobab (he swears he was not under the
influence of ale during the meeting) met with Lord Vynmylak, who clarified the path
ahead of Agaeobab.
He was told to show no quarter, and that the Lord wanted to hear the cries of the treacherous
ring through his halls from Ageaobab's actions. Resolute, Agaeobab bowed deeply and set upon
what he believed to be his fate and path. He travelled the lands, battlin' evil where he came across
it and educating himself upon those that do not hold the vile taint within them, yet aid the taint
with their actions. He is hesitant to condemn those, but frowns on their deeds. He will always seek
to fell the taint before harming the indifferent, but such a case as in a return to his home of
Akan, he found a minotaur pillaging his town. Though he did not hold the vile taint in his heart,
He heard the cries of his people and smote down the minotaur.
He hopes that with speaking with those that are misguided may aid in helping them
see the error of their ways. However when it comes to the vile taint, actions, and not words
are what Agaeobab places his faith in.

Chapter 6

Agaeobab's childhood memories are mostly of his father telling him
ancient war stories over an ale (Even young dwarves are allowed an ale every now and then)
The stories spoke of honoring yourself and your brothers, and keeping hold of this
in their battles with the evil taint that pervaded the lands. Agaeobab heard of these
tales and daydreamed of them in wonder, thinking that such evil times had passed and
that nothing of the sort still happened, especially not in his home of Akan.
Yet he continued to ask his father to tell him more stories, as he loved to
hear of the legends of old. Stout dwarves, nimble elves all fighting for the
betterment of the realm that they lived in. They were giants in Agaeobab's mind. Pillars
that he looked up to. One day, Agaeobab ventured far to the west of Akan, and headed down
the mountain some. He soon stopped, as he heard the grumblings of a group of travellers.
Deep guttural sounds he heard, and he soon realized he was near a pack of orcs.
He listened intently, and hear them speak of a strike they were planning on an elven city.
'Elfums, an lots of 'em. More blood for tha' skins' he heard them say. Somewhat frightenened,
Agaeobab headed back to Akan to speak with his father. He told him what he heard.
His father sighed, and admitted to Agaeobab that many of the stories he had told him
were not of times so far past, but of events and battles still ongoing.
Agaeobab, flustered, told his father that he could not stand by knowing that his heroes were fighting,
and dying still. He gathered his things, packed a good sum of ale and headed down Barter Road.
His father yelled to him...
'Agaeobab, stop!!!' Agaeobab turned to listen.
'Do one thing for me...Head south of the Great city of Galadon to a Great Mountain.
There you will have a test of your faith, and come to the place of a great Lord. Speak with
if you truly wish a path of blood, and honor. '
With that, Agaeobab continued down the road and down the mountain.
