undead citizens in shadar when a ghost walks past them.
setup: two group members(high enough rank not to be attacked by them) and a lower ranked(33-34ish) ghost.
This resulted in spams of gods protect lowbieghost from an undead citizen.
Dont know if this aids anything though, anyway kick ass job with the mud.

You used to get spam like that when using an air elemental to transport you in rooms where an aggro mob was. eg Cabal inner, etc.
Not sure if this is still the case or if you have already fixed it though.

Some things that may have contributed to it:
That Fido is what killed me
I'm sufficiently low level the Fidos are aggro to me(normally)
A crash happened between my death and getting back to my corpse
I have it all logged, but its sufficiently large that it'd be a nuisance to read. Hope that helps.
