Now, I can understand wanting to spook people but one of those is kinda OOCish and that's kinda weird.

If the first echo showed "CABAL: Outlander" - that'd be buggy. But I don't see anything that would MAKE it do that, so I'll assume that's part of your commentary.

I am Outlander.
I got away, ran underwater, and had just typed "where".
I am using Mudlet with the CFGUI.
I didn't put all the detail in earlier because I didn't want to risk outing myself.

At this point I'm leaning on it being client-side, I can't find anything that would do that in CF-code.
