I've been attacking merchants along the eastern road in front of Hamsah cause I assumed the guard and patrolmen didn't care. They've stood idly by while I killed merchants one by one. I've done it around a half dozen times, and to the best of my memory guards and or patrolmen were always present. But this time I got murdered by an elder patrolman and guardsman who joined in the defense of a lone merchant. Why would they suddenly care?
