I was incapacitated by plague and given herbal medicine by a druid. Despite this, I still couldn't wake, stand, or all the other things you can't do while incapacitated. I kept getting the "Your too hurt" message. I could moce once I took physical damage though. Unfortunately, I lost the log of it somewhere.
