butcher corpse
You fail and destroy the burnt corpse of a magpie.
butcher corpse
That corpse is too tiny to make much food out of.

What looks broken here? You either fail the skill roll and destroy the corpse, or succeed in the skill roll, realize you couldn't make a meal out of it, and destroy the corpse.
