I don't know alot about maggots but should they have throats? These maggots also have hamstrings I believe. These are located south-east of eryn galen in that encampment.

There's going to be some realism problems when an NPC is very unusual, here because it's a collection of very tiny creatures instead of one big one. Short of customizing Hurl for every odd case, it's going to be that way.

For this case, however, I just removed the parts, since they'll just cause confusion.
