#5536, "Mummies and Liches"


          

Both are pretty powerful races yet a human necromancer that liches has a pretty generous range at level 47. Would it be more consistsent and balanced if a mummy or a lich got a retroactive exp-penalty and have there pk range adjusted accordingly?
