They've never lost it, so... yeah.

It doesn't really bother me. It's not like deathblow or bloodthirst help you assassinate people. Scout is purely better for an assassinating assassin, and it doesn't bug me that an assassin that 'goes both ways' could be a berserker as easily as a scout or a defender.
