Because Flaws are fun and make good "punishments" as Imms see fit.


Pacifism: You have an extreme aversion to violence and will often run from a fight in which you are causing harm making it very hard to land a finishing blow.

Morbid Curiosity: You are entranced by causing death and every time you kill something, you can't help but take a moment to reflect on how interesting death is (3 rounds of lag every time you land the killing blow).



And class-specific flaws:

Warrior - Untrained Specialist: There's a chance that every time you perform a spec skill, it will cause an extra round of lag.

Thief - Glowing personality: Even as a master of hide, you won't always be able to enter the shadows.

Anti-Paladin - Soul Mismanagement - You only gain 1/2 the charges you normally would from killing someone.

Assassin - Untrained Eye - Gaining knowledge of one's movement through stalking takes longer.

Bard - Smokey Vocals - It's hard for others to hear you, and when they do, those hearing your beneficial songs will only do so to a greatly dampened effect.

Berserker - Pariah of the Clan - Due to your unpopularity among your own kind, you gain no extra benefit from learning with other orcs.

Conjurer - Unpopular - Though you may be of the same ethos and morality as your summoned creation, your personalities just don't mesh well resulting in a less cooperative conjuration.

Druid - Empty Promises - Treants and creatures of Call of the Wild are only half as likely to come to your aid when you call them, but the timer to call another remains the same.

Healer - Disoriented Gate - 1/2 the time you try to gate to someone, you'll end up gating to some other random person or place.

Invoker - Bumbling Elementalist - Sometimes you misremember the spell correctly and cast something completely different from what you intended to.

Necromancer - Untalented Reanimist - You've only 1/2 the normal chance to reanimate a corpse or animate a golem.

Paladin - Secular Sponge - The more time you spend in the company of others whose moral and ethos is not exactly the same as yours, the less effective your prayers become.

Ranger - Environmental Isolationist - When you don't spend enough time in your home terrain, your rangering abilities become dampened in other environs.

Shaman - Faithful Zealot - When zealously fighting enemies of the faith, it is much harder to determine how much damage is actually being done to you.

Shapeshifter - Unadaptable - It takes four times as long to become comfortable in your form.

Transmuter - Dimensional Lag - It is much harder and more draining to move while in Duo.
