Cutting through the southern section of Galadon, the River Road follows the
path of Voralia's Tears through the city. Round stones of varied sizes and
colors have been used to create the street, the space between them filled with
hard-packed dirt to create a mostly smooth surface. A large warehouse looms
to the north while a small fence of wrought iron blocks access into the river.
There is little in the way of foot traffic here, the few bodies dressed in the
bland attire of a dockworker. The road continues west towards the city pier
and further east towards the wall of Galadon.

River Road
The River Road has come to a dead-end against the eastern wall of the city
where a thin staircase leads up to the battlements. An extravagant guildhall
adorned in the finest of goods lies to the north, an opulent display of the
wealth of Galadon's thieves. A wrought iron fence stands along the southern
edge of the street, preventing access to Voralia's Tears. The road itself is
made of rounded stones and packed dirt, and it leads further to the west.


An important looking merchant is riding through here in a shiny carriage.

Entrance to the Thieves' Guild
This is a dark, smoky room, just the way thieves like it. You'd better
keep a close eye on your valuables while waiting in here. The few chairs
look rather suspicious, as though designed to make pockets hang open when
sat in and give Thieves easy access to your money. The only exits you can
see are a door to the south, leading back to the River Road, and a door to
the north that leads deeper into the Guild, a place where none but thieves
dare tread.


Eyeballing coin purses more then faces, a skinny figure leans against the doorway of the guild.

Thieves' Bar
This grand bar is filled with only the best furnishings the land has to
offer. Every chair is done in gold leaf, every wall is covered with the
finest paintings, and statues adorn every alcove. The bar stocks all the
very best spirits, with mead from Ar'atouldain, cider from Hamsah Mu'tazz,
wine from halflings, and more potent drinks from Arkham, across the ocean.
Every thief must donate a small part of their take to beautifying their
Guild and making it a nicer place to relax in. This room represents the
highest dreams any thief can have in decorating their own home. No thief
would ever dare steal from here, under the watchful eyes of the bartender.
To see even greater treasures, proceed to the guildmaster's room to the west,
and to exit, go south.

The Hidden Room
As you enter this room, it is obvious that this guild was built by thieves.
All the riches in the land have been filtered here via the hands of the deft
thieves of the Galadon guild. A few windows in the northern wall give the
room a bright glow as the sconces on the southern wall have been snuffed for
the day. Dark oak paneling conceals the rough stone construction. Lavish
tapestries woven with pure gold and silver threads adorn the walls. The
finest rugs in the land cover portions of the floor, while other areas are
left bare to allow for uninhibited practice. Several practice dummies line
the western wall dressed in clothes one might encounter in their journeys.
On the northern wall you notice a small board hanging near the exit to
the bar.

When you enter this rather plush room you notice that it is still quite
rugged in construction...much like a thief. Various fabrics from around
the land adorn the walls between the large roughly sawn timbers. The timbers
are positioned every 6' around the edge of the room to support the A-frame
construction of the roof, which spans well into the sky. Sconces have been
placed on each timber and a massive chandelier hangs high above the room
in order to provide plenty of light for this large room. There are many
plush chairs providing places to relax along with several tables for
gambling, eating, and other activities. You can see a large chest that has
been secured on the western wall, along with an assortment of daggers that
hang from the racks. A small arched doorway leads off to a smaller room to
the east.

Meeting Chambers
Eight rugged beams support this tall, cylindrical room. The panels
between the beams are made of black steel forged deep in the Underdark.
Eight torches have been carefully set in each beam to provide light to
this room during the night. On most days, the sunlight shining through
the eight tall and narrow windows situated high about your head allows
enough sunlight into the room. Deep colored chairs and pillows make this
room no less plush than the others, though the coloring is dark and ominous.
A circular table sits in the center of the room waiting for the guild
leaders to convene with the other elite members of the guild to discuss
guild matters.

This is a dark, smoky room, just the way thieves like it. You'd better
keep a close eye on your valuables while waiting in here. The few chairs
look rather suspicious, as though designed to make pockets hang open when
sat in and give Thieves easy access to your money. The only exits you can
see are a door to the south, leading back to the River Road, and a door to
the north that leads deeper into the Guild, a place where none but thieves
dare tread.

River Road
The River Road has come to a dead-end against the eastern wall of the city
where a thin staircase leads up to the battlements. An extravagant guildhall
adorned in the finest of goods lies to the north, an opulent display of the
wealth of Galadon's thieves. A wrought iron fence stands along the southern
edge of the street, preventing access to Voralia's Tears. The road itself is
made of rounded stones and packed dirt, and it leads further to the west.

River Road
Cutting through the southern section of Galadon, the River Road follows the
path of Voralia's Tears through the city. Round stones of varied sizes and
colors have been used to create the street, the space between them filled with
hard-packed dirt to create a mostly smooth surface. A large warehouse looms
to the north while a small fence of wrought iron blocks access into the river.
There is little in the way of foot traffic here, the few bodies dressed in the
bland attire of a dockworker. The road continues west towards the city pier
and further east towards the wall of Galadon.

River Road

gaps between the rocks have been filled with hard-packed dirt to create a
mostly smooth walking surface. To the south you can see the city docks and
the Galadon Port Authority checking the cargo that enters and leaves the city
from the river. A gigantic warehouse lies to the north and all of Galadon's
merchants have rented space within for their materials and overstock goods.
There is a near constant stream of bodies as the dockworkers move crates
between the dock and the warehouse. The River Road continues to both the east
and west along the water.
