Chapter 9

Tameron T'Chalak was born into a prestigious warrior caste
within her pack where legendary fighters were not uncommon.
Felar begin a strict regimen of training and conditioning
as soon as they are able to walk. Upon their naming day,
they are stranded within the wilds to prove themselves
worthy - their right of passage.

From the onset, it is very clear that Tameron possesses no
skill or inclination towards martial combat. The endless
toil of training and abuse, both physical and verbal, has
hardened her in an altogether different way than intended.
Resentment, anger, and rage at her treatment fester like
an infected wound inside of her.
