Chapter 2

Blood splattered everywhere, flames roaring and cackling all over the palace
and creatures running around striking my comrades. Ice, strong gust of wind,
sticky ooze, and fire slung and weaved around the palace, even lightning
inside a palace. I strapped on my armor and wielded my maces with my spear on
my back, I ran out as quickly as possible and found one of the magi. I struck
him over the head and killed him instantly with blood splatter everywh
first impulse is to go protect my king and I run there killing the magi one
after another on my way there. I, the head knight of the king, and my two
favored knights were still alive to protect our king that I knew of. I could
hear screams and cries as all of my kin were being slaughtered rurthlessly.
Transmuters, shifters, invokers, and even armies of the undead with
necromancers journey their way into the palace. Holding them off and making
short work of them all but getting stronger as the war continued on or
maybe... it was just my bones getting warn from the battles. About fifty
magi's corpse lie on the ground from our work and the one who stood on my
left was injured severely with blood gushing out of his open wounds yet he
was still ready for combat for our kingdom. Our courage was still strong and
our king still safe till one of the transmutation guild appeared out of
NOWHERE and began killing our king through his mind and body, manipulating
him from the inside out till he was near dead when a fierce soot colored
giant came through the wall next to our king and with one cleave of his giant
axe the king was split in half. The drow transmuter, A woman with desperate
eyes for blood, and the giant, with a touch of hate in every movement march
towards us, we begin our last fight.
I said to my comrades, "Whether we live on, or we die, the last of these magi
must die, to preserve Irdonia, to preserver our people and to keep the name
of the king, our father, in our hearts, let this end this war!" With the new
found anger and new found courage that inspired us, we did swift battle with
this giant and transmuter. They took on the transmuter, dealing with her
swiftly but not without lost. The one who was near death had fallen and the
other completed her as I was defending myself from this powerful giant.
Blocking and dodging everything he through at me, getting my blows in seeming
as if they did nothing to him one blow grazed my torso feeling like that of a
thousand deaths seeping into my veins. Wretched with terror for a mere
instant as I saw my life about to end, Urinindar Corrpolida's spear ran
through the giants back and within that instance the giants axe cut my
closest friend head completely off. With my last dash and my torso bleeding
deeply, I took my maces and bashed the giants head completely off with the
purest of rage in my heart. The war... was complete and I was left to my own.
The palace destroyed and nothing but corpses everywhere. The only thing that
kept me strong as I found my way to the surface was my will and testament to
Lord Kastellyn and the search for the Battleragers haters of magic.
