I enjoy that since you copy/pasted the content of the provider's e-mail and stripped it of context, this announcement reads as though Carrion Fields has a massive network infrastructure, specialized engineers, a dedicated Customer Support Department. Especially exciting? Scheduled maintenance.

It was a happy little fantasy.
