Remove imperial leader mobs hassling randomly to get other cabal items. It doesn't serve a real purpose, its annoying AF because the mob doesn't know the raid situation at the moment, and it ends up breaking RP because you end up having to ignore them. And that would be against imperial law.

Both Umiron and I agree that it does serve a purpose. That dealing with the consequences of being in Empire is part of Empire RP. That you can potentially suffer for NOT following those orders. Raid situation doesn't need to matter when an evil order tyrant organization is ordering you into a dangerous situation. You're right that can be against Imperial law to ignore it. So... Don't?
