Prompted by the discussion around Dahliana. Samples like the following

might technically count as ganking while the percentage is 0.


Main request: Exclude 0% participation characters from these kind of reports, so announcements, PBF and Gank-O-Meter.

Part 2: If things like curse or dispel magic that don't do any damage but can still contribute to the kill show up as 0% participation, it might be good to change that as well. I propose to change it so that as soon as you target someone -success, fail or 0 damage doesn't matter- you at the very least get a 1% participation.

Anything that is meant to do damage, like area of effect, even if it becomes barely misses (that's 0 damage) would be 1% or higher .


=> These changes would prevent a negative reputation while active based on announcements and a negative impact on gank-o-meter (PBF).

Very difficult to track down scenarios in which this occurs, and sometimes 0% is not really 0% but should be higher but isn't registered as higher due to how its counted, etc.

So without revamping all of it this is not particularly easy, thus coal for now.
