Based on the current behavior of phoenix brand, it seems like the original intent was for it to do the "right" thing dependent on what the caller is wielding.
If the caller's main hand attack is holy then it does vuln_holy and if the caller's main hand attack is light then it does vuln_light. If the caller's main hand attack is neither holy nor light then the effect is random.
My request is to have it check the caller's *off hand attack* and apply the same logic when the caller's main hand attack is neither holy nor light.
