The Grinning Skulls healer offers a random bless.
How about giving it some services, like the ragers healer.
Heal blindness, Heal disease, heal poison.
Heal blindness being the most important one, given the lack of viable cure blindness potions for evils in the game.

We aren't changing how the orc healer works.
He already DOES cure blindness, sometimes.
The present is that now he also cures disease, sometimes.
