8, Windwalk and Fly

Please make it so that the flight aspect of Windwalk and the Fly spell are not mutually exclusive, but overlap instead.
If neither are active, both work identical and have the same echo as normal.
If Fly is active, Windwalk CALL WINDWALK results in a normal echo, and still gives both effects (pathfinding and flight).
If Windwalk is active, C FLY activates and gives the echo:
You feel a little lighter. (First time)
You are already flying. (Second time you cast fly)
And Fly is added to the affects list as normal. So your affects list would look like this:
Affected by: Power: 'windwalk' for 30 hours. Power: 'windwalk' for 30 hours. Spell: 'fly' for 15 hours.
The current setup can become very confusing trying to juggle fly and windwalk when going into cities or avoiding them, especially for shapeshifters.

The way affects are coded they cannot overlap, which is why you see what you do today.

The only option I really see is if you are affected by fly when you cast windwalk, you strip flight, and let the windwalk affect give both flight & pathfinding. I'm not sure that's better than what you have today (It will always keep windwalk & flight in sync, but you will always lose flight when you hit civilization).

How does it work for airforms? Could you re-use that in some way?
