I'm not certain whether it's simple, or even possible, but Tremblefist is such an odd guardian I figured I'd try it.

Right now, if orcs start collecting multiple cabal items, if *ANY* cabal kills Tremblefist off, you lose all the cabal items you've collected. This tends to make it somewhat in your better interest not to bother getting more than 1-2 cabal items, since you're going to lose all of them at once anyways.

Would it be possible to have Tremblefist act like an outer guardian in terms of releasing cabal items, in that you have to have a cabal member in the room and part of the group that kills him for your item to come back?

and current behavior makes sense imo
