Anyone who's been here for a while pretty much knows when they are getting lagged.
Anyone who hasn't might have no idea what lagged them, or if their network lagged, etc. It's mainly for the benefit of these people that lagging moves should be highlighted.

I have no desire to wade through every single message in the game to determine whether or not it's tied to lagging and then re-write it to add color because you got lagged.
