Allow charge weapon to be cast in combat, if you're not tanking.
Allow charge weapon to work on weapons made out of electricity and/or weapons that have shocking bite/eletrical discharge as their damage type.
Any of above could be tied to the electrical enchanter edge, too.

Coal (though it would be amusing if you try to charge a weapon that is already electric that it blows up in your face since you overloaded it)
