Can you look at giving a bit more information for weapons that have been anointed? Perhaps a weapon flag (Anointed) to help provide ease of which weapons have been anointed? Even better if it could tell you which virtue has been anointed.
Additionally, is there any chance of having the affects show when the weapon is wielded? Not sure if it shows when you lore the item or not.

Similarly to thief poisons, if you examine the weapon and know how to anoint you'll notice that it is anointed. There is no easy way to determine the virtue, so no dice there.

They show up in lore, identify, etc.
