Could all thief guild chests be made to act like the Blackclaw guild's where the contents remain after a reboot? I am always so jealous of their constantly stocked chest but rarely can be in that guild for RP reasons.
Perhaps make it so limited stuff is purged every few days if we are worried about gear being removed from circulation.

The major guilds all work this way, the minor guilds don't. I'm good with that.

Blackclaw remains the only guild that holds items through crashes and reboots even though this same statement has been repeated by you guys for like 3 years now. Blackclaw and about 3 random pits throughout the mud work this way. Minor guilds like Seantryn/Barovia/Arkham etc don't have chests.
