86, Bring back numeric stats sub rank 20

Ages ago you could create a new character, roll your stats, and then in your score you could see those very stats you just rolled, and easily tell what you need to train, what item you just put might be raising/lowering your int or con, etc.

This is about the most important time to be able to see those stats you rolled and how they are being affected, but instead you have to write/paste your stats somewhere, and then find items lists or ways to ID stuff to see what's going on with your set and why you only got 1 practice last gain.

Think about how this must turn off newbies.

When this was put in, it was at a time when CF was more PK than RP and staff wanted players to put less emphasis on numbers and more on the spirit of their character.

I think at this stage, what the game gains by the vagueness of the adjective stats is far lesser than the how the hinderance this puts on newbies and lowbies in general negatively affects the game and newcomers.

Did a combination of the two for pre-20. This is good for new players to the game who might be like "15 INT is pretty smart, right?", and to the vets of the game so they don't have to write them all down.

Example output:
Str : weak 13(13) Int : genius 18(18)
Wis : wise 17(17) Dex : dextrous 18(18)
Con : weak 13(13) Chr : repulsive 13(13)

89, The adjectives

Would it be reasonable to change the ranges for the adjectives? Right now they are what, average up to 16, strong up to 21, herculean up to 23 and titanic 23+. Should int 15 be considered average int? If it's not too much work, I think something like weak up to 16, average 17-19, strong 20-21 and the rest could be just regular. I think this could be a small touch to better gauge the actual relative abilities of characters, if it's worth the trouble.
90, I don't see a reason to change this (n/t)
