8239, New idea for an orc skill or a quest idea

Well I was thinking about the hour past midnight legacy and what would be cool role play tools for exotic weapons and I got to thinking. Damn it would be kinda cool if a barbarian savage could tear the arm or leg off a corpse and beat people with it.
My idea is a skill for orcs, a very low level one like pre-20 called something like I dunno carrion trophy, I cannot come up with a good name but it could work like this.
Orc walks up to player corpse, performs skill on the corpse, the result of the skill is a weapon, a flail, mace, or dagger. A low avg weapon but let it work like a toned down war banner. So before they get good banners they can have half strength ones that also do a little damage as a weapon, which is why I would keep their weapon average down so at higher ranks its still benificial to use a banner but give lowbie orcs a little bit of a boost. The limb weapons would crumble after a bit and if you want to I would even make them crumble based on how much they are used. For instance if your parrying with it and striking with it it will be destroyed faster then if your just bludgeoning someone with it.
skill could look like this
A nasty orc hunches over the corpse of poor elf after a moment of deliberation he reaches down and savagley tears a leg from the corpse. <mace>
A nasty orc reaches down and grasps the head of poor elfs corpse, with a savage twist he decapitates the head and begins to swing it around by its hair. <flail>
for a dagger berhaps the broken femur of an elf.
or just make it an exotic weapon that you can batter with.
I think this will add some roleplay elements to orcs and give them a nifty utility skill without really increasing the power of the class.
Who else thinks this would be at the very least neat.

I don't know that orcs need that, but it's sort of fun.

Nobody "needs" it, but I just think it would be nifty for someone to be able to do it and that it would not unbalance the class. Kind of like sprucing up kobolds with those new attacks it wasn't neccesary but it is still cool.
