there should be some sort of ic cabalsuggestion command which
people could use to make suggestions for the certain cabal...


I know, I know everyone is going to tell me put it in the forumns..

but I know, for instance, outlander and scions have powers that people
dont (or not supposed) to speak about, this way only the cabal imms
can read the suggestions..
