74649, Outlander warden game mechanic question

Hello,
I'm tempted to roll an Outlander but I wonder if a Warden can kill paladin (or dwarf goodie) without being turned neutral or evil?

As a warden, there is more to outlanders then kill to further the goals of the refuge. Tissie never went against anyone of the light unless they were raiding the cabal and then it was pure defense. Instead she tried to show those of the light a better way, to get them to change in ways to help the people and spirits of the land.
I took heat from Reavers for not hunting paladins/dwarves/azure but she stuck to her terms. Hell, usually I solved the raiding issue by just wording the goodies who had trust all on :)

Characters are alignment first, cabal second. That being said, good outlander isnt the same as good Fort but they are both still good align and have to shoulder all the baggage that comes with it.
