Would you consider lowering the Anti-Paladin's 'kick' ability from level 9 to level 6?

Out of curiousity, what would your reasoning be for this?

I've done 4 high level AP's in the last few years, and rarely even practice kick. There's so many other things you should be doing in a fight that I'll usually only learn kick if I've mastered everything else at later levels.

During the lowbie ranks an anti-paladin will tend to deplete mana reserves very rapidly even if playing one of the high(er) intelligence races available to the class. While you will typically regenerate it fast enough even while fighting to recast an opening 'chill touch' every two to three mobs, prior to rank 10 the class arsenal basically leaves you with only one command for the remaining duration of those battles - dirt kicking.

Since at those ranks 'kick' and 'dirt kick' largely tend to function as substitutes in the case of depleted mana reserves, I thought it would be practical to have the 'kick' command lowered from level 9 to level 5 or 6 for the purpose of making it more useful for ranking through the lowbie levels.

It's nothing big, obviously.
