Is there an Identify scroll available (via barter or found in the wild) for Outlanders?
The only two ones I know are available in Seantryn and Galadon shops, places where Outlanders are not allow to barter...

Evils can ransack the galadon shop, and others.
Other then that I think you just have to use lore and improved compare. Those two skills give you pretty much everything you need.
