How about, instead of witchdoctor's or some shaman type class. Rather, give orcs a modified Bard type class called "battlechanter" or something. This class would be much more physical combat oriented than the bards of thera. almost on par with the non warrior type class (not as combat oriented as a berserker) and throw in songs to enhance combat. I'd shy away from direct damage type songs (fiend/west wind/Fire and ice type) and give them more combat modifying songs, IE things to make you hit harder/faster/take less damage and heal other orcs in combat, the caveat being that their songs would only ever affect other orcs, and the battlechanter itself.

what ya think, if you like the idea I could come up with ideas for skills/songs?

The nearest thing to music I can see orcs making would be banging war drums and almost managing to carry the beat.

If you told me to try to mix another class with berserker, I think bard would be just above invoker, paladin, etc. It's a finesse class largely driven by charisma, communication, and illusion, three things that are very lacking in orcs.
