7233, tweak to request idea.

Racial based....where it makes sense.
I can see dwarf mobs willing to give up an item to brother dwarf a few ranks below what is normally necessary.
I can also see said dwarf mob refusing to give up the item to a hoity-toity-holier-than-thou-pointy-ear....at least until they are a number of ranks ABOVE what is normally necessary.
Vicey-vercey for elf mobs and elf/dwarf pc's
I can see similar reasons for racial preferences between arials and felars (bird/cat dynamic?)
I can see a member of one race that is ONLY good...storms/elves....having similar prefferences for races that can ONLY be good....storms/elves....and having similar wariness of races like arials/humans/felar who are evil or neutral as often (or MORE often) than good.
I can see whitecloaks being wary of elves (they are often magi, and they think magic=evil)
I can think of Humans that would prefer humans over lowly demi-humans...while still remaining good.
I can think of Paladin mobs more willing to help out younger paladins....while holding out longer for warriors...who are evil probably more often than good.

I could see neutral non-human races possibly being willing to give their gear to good-aligned PCs of the same race. That's about it. I can't see an evil felar/arial giving gear to a good-aligned felar/arial, nor can I see a human paladin refusing to give gear to an elf paladin just because he's not human. In a general sense, that is. I could understand if a special human paladin acted that way if it was part of his "role" as explained in the game.

My idea was not to have evil or neut mobs now work with request.
My idea was this.
Dwarf paladin mob has a shield that can be requested normally at rank 45.
A dwarf paladin pc comes along, and because of the blood and guild kinship...the pc can request the shield at say....37.
An elf warrior comes along.....and the elf can't request it until say....49.
All of the other examples were of similar changes.
Once again. *NOT* about neut or evil mobs agreeing to requests. *OR* good mobs utterly refusing good PC's.
