So you retreat, then it takes a round or so, then it fires. Could be that he retreated before the throw, and it fired afterwards.

But it doesn't go off until you aren't lagged. The fact that it went off when it did means the lag bug was in effect, he was only lagged on round, not two. He should get the next command before me, but the lag should have gone two rounds, like trip, not one like it did here.
