Sadly, I had a similar experience with vampire bat and noticed that its indoor (and outdoor, for that matter) fighting was quite a bit below all the rest. It was always my understanding that the BIGGER air forms (eagle, falcon, owl) received nerfed indoor dodge because of wingspan (also probably balance reasons), etc. Bat seems like it would be able to maneuver just fine, realistically, and it also definitely wouldn't make them in the least bit overpowered since they're one of the worst fighting air forms out there... Their bite and murder both have 2-rounds lag, so flyto/initiate for kill sealing isn't really their thing either, which is really air form bread-and-butter.

I had always wondered if rabies did something incredibly good that may have been overlooked and made it better than my initial impression of it, but I never noticed anything. Does rabies actually DO anything besides minor stat loss? Is it stackable? What makes this form up to snuff when it fights so poorly?

I mean they live in caves and navigate by sonar.

That would be the first big thing that might cause it. I know I have done that a lot of times. In the meantime, I am sure someone who has code access can better answer that question when they see it.
