I had 15k exploration and 15k observation exp before new changes went in. And 40k commerce exp. I was level 30-40.
After i heroed and hit commerce/exploration and observation points to get this type of exp i didn't get any ep's for exploration, observation or commerce. Only for heroing.

Not retroactive. Just delete and re-roll and do it over again.
