Hey there!

I was wondering if you allow your shaman to choose their paths either outright, or by role choices such as. "I grew up in an area wracked by DESOLATION and want to now visit it upon the cities and exact Ergush's DIVINE ANGER?"

I haven't played a character in a good bit and am theory crafting different possibilities.

I personally go after what is in the role or in the RP. I like to give things to players that are themed with how I feel the character's role explains them, or how their RP pans out. If I see you using the word Desolation in conversation a lot, that would probably do it for me. So, if you theme your role and yourself based on those paths... then there is a good chance I will pick up on it and go down that path.

I would not turn down a request for a path if I felt it fits with the vibe I am getting, but I will if the choice doesn't fit right.
