How about not allowing trepidation and bioempathy out of pk? Outlander reraid is such an insanely boring chore. Far above Zhabala-level.

Sure. Just make sure you get rid of Trib guards attacking criminals out of pk, and Trib guards attacking non crims on a reraid.
