Seems like natural choice, and their stats are begging for it.

The original design thread says Daev was "on the fence but leaning no" to conjurers. That's the best answer I have.

Conjurers might be a bad choice (nice stats aside), given azures are partially connected to that plane they would be summoning from.
I'd rather see conjurers be able to use dismissal on azures to damage them, as the dismissal disrupts the essences that sustains them.
Of course that would probably be way too unbalanced.
