Could you please allow cabal leaders to send a note to all? With Ilztyr I had a note that I wished to send with some flourish that was butchered and tagged with some "advertisement" from a herald. Of course it gave me good RP grounds to turn around and murder Hamza, but I still would've liked to have sent it myself as it was originally designed.
