Let's people pick a recall from among (some or all) of the places you can quit.
Eg the wood elf bit between western crossroads and ruined keep?

...and won't implement them, but my favorite question - what do you gain from not allowing them to change it once in, say, 50 hours of playtime? What will game lose if you'll allow it?

Option 1:
Hometown change code that accepts items to barter. "hometown change arkham for <item>" (might be no so expensive items though)
Option 2: For free, but once per X hours (0-50-100, for instance).

If you want the ability to change your hometown, then you don't play Outtie. Its the same reason we don't allow Battle to drink a potion of <insert spell here> once every 50 hours of playtime.

with certain combos. It could also be gamebreaking before a certain mechanic was removed.
