1. Can monk paladins anoint their hands?
2. Can we get less exp bonuses and more skill learn bonuses?
leveling is already too easy.

But not all.
Also I think the bonuses are 50 50. Feels reasonable.
I bet shifter players prefer the levelling bonus, for example.

And the every level skill bonus is what takes care of wands, talismans, and scrolls. Other then that, shifters are always going to be moar exp.
