Would the staff consider making corpseguard work vs ALL looters rather than just lower level ones?

I still wouldn't mind seeing people brought into pk IF (and only if) the corpse guarder decides to attack them as they loot.
Otherwise you'd get level 11 invokers finishing off a hurt guy.
