You narrow your eyes and glare in Throonk's direction.
You point at Throonk, and a noxious mist descends upon him!
Throonk sags and looks pale.

This one is the standard miasma echo.
>Throonk sags and looks pale.
Miasma can do multiple things. This is one of them, which is anticoagulation venom.

What are the other things that Miasma can do and what are the affects from them?
