A quick question for the Imms I have always been curious about.

Does Legendary mean 1 only or 2

Does Famous mean 3-4?

Legendary does indeed mean one or unique. I don't feel compelled to quantify the rest.

Jalim is indeed correct that limits can fluctuate based on the overall "population" of the MUD. There are some items, however, that are limited to X regardless of the population.

I'm pretty sure Legendary means one of that item at that given time.

However I remember reading that gear availability is coded to be based on average player count as well. So an item that might be Legendary today could have more than one tomorrow if it isn't unique. An example being the Nobles Un'zeth in the dark-elf city. There used to be several of those but there has only been on for a couple of years now.
