60091, Being below 80% health and assassinate

Back in the old days, being below a certain % prevented an assassin from assassinating you.
The other day I was at 60% health, and an assassin was able to attempt an assassination.
Now, does being below a certain health % reduce the chance of an assassination and no longer prevent an attempt?
Or below a certain % you can no longer be assassinated, but an attempt can still be made anyway.
Thanks for clarification - helpfiles were silent on this.

Assassinate used to be pretty much a mirror to Cleave. Once assassins were redone, this went away. It's been over 10 years since health has mattered. Possibly over 15.

Pretty sure this is how you avoid getting assassinated by a mob.

60101, Pretty sure, back in the day without stalk, you could just assassinate people and it was a set %

annnd in THOSE days. You couldn't assassinate people who had less than a certain % of health.
