Instead of titles?
They play conservative, get a nice set, a title.
We play to win, and die. but actually rp and take risks.
No title, no nice set, low con.
Just a thought.

Because they tend to play 300+ hr characters.
Personally, I'm all about that action, boss. And thus, I hate those types of players.
A phat set of gear is only useful if you use it. Nothing worse than seeing a full set of unique/rare items on a character that never takes a significant risk.
