Why not have them attack duergar on sight instead of letting them wander about? The guards simply stand there when it would be much better if they'd charge, yelling curses at the traitors!

Since its the Dwarves hometown, it pains me to see dwarves wording home and having people shout obscenities while killing dwarven children... its twice as bad when that person is a duergar and the guards aren't doing anything to help.

If it happens in Darsylon, why not in Akan?

Evils have it hard enough finding solid ranking areas. No need to make it harder.
