57073, Maybe something for Santa but why do ALL water forms not get 'deepblend'?

I mean, who can actually see a shark/orca/walrus/squid or any other sea creature in a scan of the oceans surface if they are below the sea.
No one rows over the ocean when they see a big shark but the shark is an ambush predator, striking unseen from below.....it makes sense and hardly makes them OP.
Someone have a word with Santa please.

Water Major forms aren't seen on 'where' as far as I can recall, if under water. So, deepblend isn't needed unless you want the person to swim right by you so you can ambush them. This doesn't mean you couldn't scan or look and see them but I believe they don't appear on 'where'. I could be wrong though.

If I remember right, you cannot see any of the final water forms on where when you are in the water area with them.
I imagine the reason that the 'larger' water forms don't get deepblend is that you dont often find a shark/orca/walrus/squid hiding itself in the sand on the bottom of the ocean, or lurking in the cracks of a reef.
