I think the edge is to benefit arials too, but it seems to have 23int minimum requirement. I thought maybe you have forgot to change it after the arial-int change. If so, please fix it.

That the int requirement is more relevant than the fact a race could once use it. Having said that I don't think it would create a balance issue if Arial bards could take this.

All other bard races are 23, 22 or 21 char and 18 char for Arials don't make sense. Even if you give them the edge, they are just considerable to other races, like wood-elves and elves.
Without, I think they lack something big.

Also, they had it before, and they seemed balance, right?
