It used to be desert that could not be camouflaged in. What changed? That is prime pk terrain.
Bug? Oversight?

The "sector" of those rooms are set to desert, but they are also flagged in such a way that you cannot use certain ranger skills there.

FWIW, the area has not been touched since April 10, 2013--so nothing new in the area file!
